Customize a View
Some of the platform pages allow you to customize a view.

Customize your view by doing one or more of the following:

Decide on a tab view or a card view (when available).

Decide on your optimal page layout (not available for tab view).

Move the widgets around to best suite your needs.

Click the grid icon to specify the data you want to see.

Use the search criteria to narrow your search or customize columns on the page.

Click Save New Search

Give the search a descriptive name, turn on Set as Default, and then click in Save. The new search now appears under the main menu in the search drop-down list with a yellow star

You can now share this view with others.

Run a schedule (NOTE: only visible once you create and save a schedule)

Delete the view from your list of favorites.

Share a Customized View

Once you have customized your view, click in the Saved Searches field (top left of the page under the main menu) to assess the list of saved searches.

Hover over the search you want to share, and then click
(Share Search). -
Select one or more users from the drop-down list, and then click Share. A success message appears in the bottom right of the page.

Hover over the search with the schedule you want to run, and then click
(Run Scheduler). -
Confirm that you want to run the existing schedule by clicking Run.
